I hope that everyone's had a GREAT summer! Actually, this summer was the club's first one ever, so that's something pretty significant to us admins! Anyway, we want to thank all of you so much for joining, and supporting this club!

There isn't really too much new stuff going on with the club lately, but I'd like to thank one particular deviant for taking the initiative to create a fabulous ID for our club! This deviant is . ^^ Please take the time to check out our fantastic new ID.

The next point of news is that the deviant, is currently creating a Card Captor Sakura doujinshi! We've all read it over and it looks really fantastic so far. It basically takes place about 4 years in the future, and it involves all the original characters including Sakura, Syaoran, Eriol, Meiling, and Tomoyo. It's really quite intriguing, so if you're interested, why not check it out?

Lastly, our club has had many unsuccessful attempts at having our first contest. Since we've gained so many new members, we'd like to know once again if you'd be interested in participating in a contest. If so, what kind of contest would you like to take part in? Please give us as many suggestions as possible!

AN INTRODUCTION TO ERIOL
----------------------------------------
Hello, and welcome to the Eriol-Fan-Club. The FIRST and ONLY (I believe) club devoted to the magnificent sorceror of Card Captor Sakura (CSS). This club is basically a fanlisting on DeviantArt for Eriol Hiiragizawa. For those of you whom are curious about the lad, please continue reading this section. If not, skip down to the "rules for joining".

Eriol Hiiragizawa, also known as Eli Moon, is a character from the popular anime/manga by CLAMP known as, Card Captor Sakura (CCS). Eriol is a reincarnation of the renowned sorceror, Clow Reed. He first enters the series as an ordinary student that just seems to enjoy hanging around Sakura and her friends. Eriol's true purpose for being at the school soon becomes known when he begins to cause a series of violent attacks around Sakura. In order for Sakura to transform the Clow cards into Sakura cards, Eriol gives her a set of conflicts that allow her to manipulate them and enhance her magical skills. His true role in the series is, however, unknown to the Card Captors until the final battle where he challenges Sakura in his true form.

1. Please don't just write a comment saying you want to join, we WILL put you on the list if you do, but NOTING us through the DeviantArt noting system would be much better. We don't accidently want to miss anyone.

2.Once you've noted us, I most likely will note you back within a few days. Please don't wait for me to note you back, just add our icon into your journal.

3.I don't make it mandatory to watch us (the club) because I find it kind of irritating having to do it myself, but I DO recommend it. We will be trying to hold a lot of contests etc. so if you want to be aware of this, you can watch us, or just drop in on our page once in a while.

4.THE FINAL RULE IS THAT I DON'T WANT any SPAMMING ON THIS PAGE AND I MOST CERTAINLY DO not WANT ANYONE SAYING RUDE THINGS TO ANYONE ELSE IN THIS CLUB.

RULES FOR SUBMITTING ART

1. Our club is very sadly lacking in Eriol works at the moment. We'd totally appreciate it if everyone; especially our members, would take some time and consideration to make a work of Eriol. Whether or not he is by himself, in a coupling, or whatever else you think of, does not matter. What's important is that we add some fabulous work to our growing collection in order to demonstrate our "love" for the series, and Eriol himself.

2. Alright, congrats! It's fabulous that you've done a piece of artwork that involves Eriol-sama himself. Please, don't let your work go to waste! Note our club ASAP so that we have the honour of showing off your awesome piece! All you have to do is NOTE us with the link of your deviation, OR give us its link, and we'll have it up in our gallery in no time.
*REMINDER: All credit for the piece will, of course, remain yours. We WILL include a note that reminds all viewers to comment, and fave YOUR piece rather than the one in our gallery."

3. If you don't have any actual artwork to contribute, but HAVE seen a great wallpaper, icon, painting, sketch, etc. of Eriol, please feel free to note us by giving us a LINK so that we can fave it as soon as possible.
